YEŞİL SOUP KITCHEN
Çelebi Sultan Mehmed in 1414-1421 yıllarında yaptırmış olduğu Yeşil külliyenin bir parçası olarak inşa ettirilmiştir mimarı Hacı İvaz Paşa dır uzunlamasına dikdörtgen bir plana sahiptir yapının doğu yönüne bitişik ve iki kubbeli mutfak kısmı bulunmaktadır günümüze ulaşamayan imaret anbar ının caminin doğusundaki kahvehanenin yerinde olduğu sanılmaktadır 19 yüzyıl sonlarına doğru yavaş yavaş önemini kaybetmeye başlamışsa da işlevini sürdürmeye devam etmiştir 2011 yılında Bursa büyük şehir belediyesi tarafından restore edilmiştir 2014 yılında UNOSCO dünya mirası olarak ilan edilen alan içerisinde yer almaktadır bu gün günümüzde hala yoksullara ve fakirlere yemek dagıtımı yaparak işlemini sürdürmektedir

;this soup kitchen was built as a port of Yeşil külliye built between 1414 and 1421 by Çelebi Sultan Mehmed ıts architect was hacı İvaz pasha this structure is built with a longitudinal rectangular plan there is a two domed kitchen section bonded to the structures eastıt is supposed that the storeroom which is not preserved was situated at the place of the coffehouse at the mosgues east althoung this structure gradually started to lose its importance towards the late 19 th centruy it nevertheless continued to maintain its function in 2011 Bursa metropolitan municipality this soup kitchen is located within a site which was inscribed on the UNOSCO world heritage list in 2014.
